Party Checklist
| 6-8 Weeks Before Your Party: Choose a party theme. Decide on date, time, place. Prepare a guest list, with addresses & phone numbers. |
| 3-4 Weeks Before Your Party: Order party supplies/decorations, invitations, party favors, activities and prizes for games. Make sure you have enough for any adults that may attend! Ask for help, most friends/relatives are eager to lend a hand! |
| 2-3 Weeks Before Your Party: Send the invitations. Plan your activities and/or games. Plan your menu. Order cake from a bakery (check our LINKS page for online ordering) if you are not baking your own. |

Week Before Your Party: If you are making your own cake- make it ahead of time and freeze it! Prepare any other food items that can be put in the freezer. Confirm any orders placed for the cake and/or party supplies. |

Days Before Your Party: Buy last minute food items. Make sure you have film for your camera/video recorder and that you have extra batteries! Call in an order for helium balloons to be picked up the day of the party. (They will last 8-10 hours so plan accordingly.) |

Day Before Your Party: Pick up the cake from the bakery if you did not order it online. Prepare food that can be made ahead of time. Clean your home/yard and move any items that are breakable or in the way. Set out dishes, utensils and any favors, games or decorations (children allowing)! |

of Your Party : Decorate any areas that could not be decorated ahead of time. Prepare foods and beverages that could not be made ahead of time. Pick up helium balloons. Don't forget to take pictures and have fun! |
