We do balloon orders!

Your balloons can be done for you while you wait, or you can place an order and have your balloons done for you when you show up! This allows us better time and planning to accomodate your needs.

A balloon order can be placed any amount of time ahead of your party. Please allow us at least 24 hours notice for particularly large or complicated orders.

During the graduation season, it is recommended to place your order as far ahead of time as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to process large balloon order requests the day of the graduation, and we are unable to tie balloons to weights during the busy graduation months.

Please remember, latex balloons last 8-10 hours, and mylar (foil) balloons last 10 days to 2 weeks. If you are picking up latex balloons the night before a party, your balloons will not be floating the next day!

If you have purchased balloons from another retailer, we can inflate these balloons for a fee. Please call for any additional questions.

If you would like to place a balloon order, you can visit us in store and place your order, or you can call one of our three locations: Salem at (603) 898-7603, Londonderry at (603) 537-1100, and Plaistow at (603) 382-1050

 

We will ask for the following information:

• The date the balloons are needed

• The time you or someone else will be picking the balloons up

• Your name (Or the name of the person picking up the order)

• Your phone number (Please let us know if it is a surprise party)

• The quantity and color of balloons

• If an order is $10 or more, we will also ask for a credit card number to hold your order under. We will not charge your card unless you fail to pick up your order.

 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver balloons at this point in time.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as far in advance as possible by calling or visiting the appropriate store.
